Svetlana focuses on cross border strategies and structuring between Russia & CIS and the EU, with an expertise in international and corporate law in Russia and Western Europe. She started her career as an employee of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation and later moved to international firms Pepper Hamilton and Loyens & Loef where she was a senior advisor to a number of institutional and economic reforms in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine financed by the World Bank and EBRD. She later founded satcom and renewable energy companies and is an avid investor in real estate and its hospitality industry throughout Russia, Belgium and Spain.
Svetlana holds MSc in Economics from the State Economics University of St. Petersburg and LLM in EC Law from Leiden University.
ANASTASIA ALMAKAEVA ATZMON
Anastasia has over a decade of experience in growing, optimizing and restructuring luxury businesses of various sizes, having worked with reputed brand such as Givenchy, Fendi, Kenzo, de Grisogono, Volzhenka Caviar, Links of London. She started her career in Marketing & Communications at LVMH, moving on to Management Consulting at Kantar Consulting and finally running the in-house turnaround of the iconic British jewelry brand Links of London.
Anastasia holds a BSc in Commercial Engineering from ICHEC Brussels Business School as well as an MBA from INSEAD in Paris and Singapore.
Michael, a serial entrepreneur and accomplished deal-maker, has a wealth of experience in international finance & banking, cross-industry deal origination and safe-harbor investment advisory. He started his finance career, working on buy and sell-side deals with prominent international investors in various sectors. After the 2008 collapse, Michael decided to bolster his activities the diamond sector, his family’s legacy business, to strengthen his position in the volatile circumstances. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of SIXX Partners and Heritage Diamonds Group & Collective, as well as a Partner at Elite Diamond Traders and an Advisor to TD Group and Aurum Monaco.
Michael holds a dual degree; a BBA form the United Business Institutes – a BA from the University of Wales and has followed executive MBA courses at the United Business Institutes.

Benjy is the CEO of Finsbury Trust, a leading provider of corporate, trust and fund services in Gibraltar. Benjy has over a decade experience in investment banking at UBS and Credit Suisse in New York, London and Tel Aviv. During his time in banking, he specialized in originating and executing cross- border mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance assignments across a range of innovation industries. Prior to this Benjy was a business consultant at Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Division in London where he completed financial and business consultancy engagements specializing in strategic planning, business development and valuation. Benjy received his BSc in Economics, specializing in Accounting & Finance, from the London School of Economics and his MBA specializing in Finance from Columbia Business School.
Yan is currently the Managing Partner and CEO of the Hyperion Group of Companies. He brings 25 years of experience in global markets, real estate investments and private banking with blue chip financial institutions in Paris, London and Gibraltar. He is also the founder of BrightMed, an annual gathering of thinkers, artists and students proposing a festival, exhibitions and seminars. Prior to founding Hyperion he worked for Indosuez, Credit Agricole and Credit Suisse.
Yan is a graduate from La Sorbonne, Columbia Business School and obtained a Law certificate in Gibraltar
A regular speaker at international conferences, Daniel is currently advising Boards, Ceo’s, Investment Funds, UHNWI and Family Offices on investment strategy and growth with a special focus on Fintech and Blockchain within the Banking industry. Daniel has been building businesses for almost a decade; most recently as Deputy CEO at Anglo Gulf Trade Bank, an innovative digital corporate bank in the UAE. Prior to that he was CEO of Havilland Bank Russia and held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley across New York, London and Moscow.
Daniel holds Masters Degrees from Oxford and John Hopkins Universities.
ISAAC T. ARMONI
Isaac is the Founder and CEO of Wallter, an international payment and banking solutions provider. Prior to establishing Wallter, he held a various positions in leading British, American and Israeli companies including: Head of Legal for an FCA regulated firm, Legal Counsel to the C-suite of Bank Leumi (Israel’s leading bank), Knafa’im Holdings (El-Al Airlines), Avztim Venture Capital (USA). Mr. Armoni has extensive expertise in banking, private equity, technology and financial services industries and often participates in tradeshow panels worldwide and publishes articles in the financial arena.
Isaac holds an LLB degree and an International MBA in Business Management.
Pierre is the founder and CTO of Technology Enhanced Oil, he sits on the board of Iskandia oil and is the Founder of Red Beryl. He is a Senior Advisor at Vulcain since 2012, where he is responsible for large cross-border natural resources transactions and in charge of the Russia &CIS region. He previously founded Soyouz AM in Russia and Flam, a Swiss asset management firm dedicated to Russian HNWIs with a particular expertise in structuring corporate transactions in the resources sectors.
Pierre has a Bsc from l’Ecole des Mines de Paris, majoring in geology, specialized in advanced natural resources technologies, and an MBA from HEC Business School in Paris.
